Shipping and Return Policy

We take great care in preparing and packaging your order, so it arrives beautifully and safely. We offer FREE Standard Shipping. If you would like a faster shipping option, there will be options available at checkout. Our shipping providers are both USPS and UPS, depending on the quantity of items.

Processing and Shipping Time: It will take Nubian Creations Co. approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. Orders are shipped Monday -Friday. We do not ship on weekends.

Your package will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout or on a previous order. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase — we want your treasures to get to you without delay.

Please note: If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders during holidays or promotions, these processing times may be extended.

Returns/Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging (including jewelry cards, pouches, and boxes).
Earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges:

Prefer something different? We’re happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund within the same 14-day window.

To request a return, please email us with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@nubiancreationsco.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a clear photo so we can help quickly.
