Shipping and Return Policy

We take great care in preparing and packaging your order, so it arrives beautifully and safely. We offer FREE Shipping always.

Processing and Shipping Time: It will take Nubian Creations Co. approximately 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. Orders are shipped Monday -Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

Your package will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout or on a previous order. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase — we want your treasures to get to you without delay.

Please note: If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders during holidays or promotions, these processing times may be extended.

Returns/Refunds

We offer exchanges or store credit only. We have a 14-day return policy if your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll gladly reship it once the additional shipping cost is covered.

Damages 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@nubiancreationsco.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a clear photo so we can help quickly.

• Missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  
  
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Store credit will be emailed to you once your return is processed.

 

Package not delivered

We are not held liable or responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item says delivered on your tracking but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or contact the post office to file a claim with them. We cannot help locate packages stated as DELIVERED on your tracking page.
